The 3 of Hearts Pet Bakery was formed in October of 2011.  There are 2 partners;  Elizabeth Barber and PJ Dodgson.

Elizabeth is the Mommy to Proctor's Lord Devon Valentine, known to his friends and fans as Devon or Devie.  Devon is the inspiration behind the bakery.  He was born on December 28, 2010; and he developed blockage (a huge problem with male dalmatians) at 6 months of age.  Elizabeth started baking all of his treats so she could control what he ate.  She shared treats with several other dogs, and the company was born.  Devon is a joy - a very affectionate boy, happy, active,and curious.  He loves to play games and best of all, he loves to cuddle with his Mommy.

PJ is the Mommy of Molly and Annie.  Molly is a 9 month Mixed Breed, and she loves to jump and play.  Annie is a 4 year old Mixed Breed, and she loves everything and everyone.  She's very energetic, and she's the happiest when Devon comes over so they can run & play like crazy dogs.

Our treats are tested on both dogs and humans - including a friend's husband who ate an entire bag one day without realizing they were dog treats!

Our philosophy is that if it's not something we would eat ourselves, we will not feed it to our dogs!
